1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and CABIOLIMO LLC FZ, a company duly licensed in the United Arab Emirates, operating its document clearing, corporate PRO services, typing centre, and government liaisoning division under the trading name CABIO DOCUMENT SERVICES ("CABIO," "we," "us," or "our"). References to "CABIO DOCUMENT SERVICES" throughout these Terms refer to CABIOLIMO LLC FZ operating under that trading name.
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging CABIO DOCUMENT SERVICES for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or engage our services.
2. Scope of Services & Relationship
2.1 Nature of Our Services
CABIO DOCUMENT SERVICES provides document clearing, corporate PRO (Public Relations Officer) services, typing centre services, and general liaisoning/facilitation assistance for government-related applications and processes within the United Arab Emirates.
2.2 Independent Service Provider
CABIOLIMO LLC FZ, trading as CABIO DOCUMENT SERVICES, is an independent private service provider. We are not a UAE government entity, government department, or authority, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any government body. We act solely as a facilitator between our clients and the relevant government departments or authorities.
2.3 No Legal or Financial Advice
Our services do not constitute formal legal advice, financial advice, immigration advice, or tax advice. Any information, guidance, or explanation of processes provided by CABIO staff is for general operational assistance only. Clients requiring formal legal or financial advice should consult a licensed lawyer, accountant, or relevant licensed professional.
2.4 No Guarantee of Outcome
While CABIO will use reasonable skill, care, and diligence in preparing and submitting applications on your behalf, we do not guarantee the approval, timeline, or outcome of any application, as such decisions rest solely with the relevant UAE government authority.
3. Client Obligations
3.1 Accuracy and Authenticity of Documents
The Client is solely and 100% responsible for providing documents, certificates, and information that are authentic, valid, legally obtained, complete, and accurate. This includes, without limitation, passports, Emirates IDs, trade licences, contracts, certificates, and any other supporting documentation submitted to CABIO for processing.
3.2 No Liability for Client-Provided Materials
CABIOLIMO LLC FZ (trading as CABIO DOCUMENT SERVICES) shall bear no liability whatsoever for any penalties, fines, application rejections, legal consequences, delays, or damages arising from forged, falsified, expired, inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise improperly obtained documents or information submitted by the Client. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold CABIO harmless against any claim, loss, fine, or liability arising from such submissions.
3.3 Timely Cooperation
The Client agrees to provide requested documents, signatures, authorizations, and information in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required materials shall not be attributable to CABIO.
3.4 Compliance with UAE Law
The Client warrants that they are legally entitled to request the service in question and that their use of our services complies with all applicable UAE federal and local laws.
4. Payment, Fees, and Refund Policy
4.1 Service Fees
All CABIO service fees must be agreed upon and paid prior to the commencement of processing, unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., under a corporate account arrangement).
4.2 Government and Third-Party Fees
Government fees, typing fees, notarization fees, attestation fees, courier charges, and any other third-party charges are collected by CABIO on behalf of the Client for onward payment to the relevant authority or partner, and are separate from CABIO's own service/facilitation fee.
4.3 Non-Refundable Charges — Important Clause
Once an application, request, or transaction has been initiated with the respective UAE government department or third-party authority, all government fees, typing fees, and third-party charges become completely non-refundable — regardless of the final outcome of the application, including approval, rejection, delay, or cancellation. This is because such fees are paid directly to, and retained by, the relevant government system or third party once submission occurs, and are outside CABIO's control.
4.4 CABIO Service Fee
CABIO's own service/facilitation fee covers the time, effort, and administrative work involved in preparing and processing your request. This fee is earned upon commencement of work and is non-refundable once work has begun, except at CABIO's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
4.5 Payment Methods
We accept payment via the methods specified at the time of engagement (e.g., bank transfer, card payment, or cash). Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are borne by the Client.
5. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
5.1 General Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, CABIOLIMO LLC FZ (trading as CABIO DOCUMENT SERVICES), its owners, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of income, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from or in connection with our services.
5.2 Circumstances Beyond Our Control
CABIO shall not be held liable for any financial loss, business delay, missed deadline, or other damage resulting directly or indirectly from:
- Government system outages, technical downtime, or malfunction of any UAE government online portal or system used in processing applications;
- Sudden changes in UAE government laws, immigration policies, visa regulations, or fee structures occurring after a service has commenced or been quoted;
- Rejections, delays, additional requirements, or errors directly caused by government officials or government departments, which are entirely outside CABIO's control;
- Events of force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics/pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions that prevent the normal performance of our services.
5.3 Maximum Liability
In any event where CABIO is found liable for any claim arising from our services, our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the CABIO service fee (excluding government and third-party charges) paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination of Service
6.1 Termination by the Client
The Client may request cancellation of a service before it has been submitted to the relevant government department or third party. In such cases, only the CABIO service fee portion (less any work already performed) may be considered for partial refund at CABIO's discretion. Once a transaction has been initiated with a government department, Clause 4.3 applies and no refund of government/third-party fees will be made.
6.2 Termination by CABIO
CABIO reserves the right to suspend or terminate a service engagement, without liability, if:
- The Client provides false, forged, or fraudulent documentation;
- The Client fails to provide necessary cooperation, documents, or payment within a reasonable timeframe;
- Continuing the service would require CABIO to act in a manner inconsistent with UAE law or professional ethics;
- The Client engages in abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct toward CABIO staff.
6.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, the Client remains liable for any fees already incurred or committed on their behalf up to the point of termination, including any non-refundable government or third-party charges already paid.
7. Confidentiality
CABIO will treat all documents and information submitted by the Client as confidential and will only use or disclose such information as described in our Privacy Policy and as necessary to complete the requested service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the CABIO DOCUMENT SERVICES website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of CABIOLIMO LLC FZ and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
9. Amendments to These Terms
CABIO reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The parties agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or from services provided by CABIOLIMO LLC FZ (trading as CABIO DOCUMENT SERVICES) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
