1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by CABIO Document Services ("CABIO," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Description of Services
CABIO provides business setup, PRO and Tasheel, government and regulatory liaison, immigration and visa processing, medical testing coordination, real estate documentation, ICP/Emirates ID, financial and banking support, specialized approvals and certificates, and personal and value-added document services in the United Arab Emirates. Our role is limited to preparing, typing, submitting, and following up on applications on your behalf; final approval authority rests solely with the relevant government department, bank, or third-party provider.
3. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services efficiently and accurately, you agree to:
Delays or rejections resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent documentation provided by you are not the responsibility of CABIO.
4. Fees, Quotes & Payment
Service fees are communicated to you in advance via a written quote, which may include our service charge separately from government or third-party fees (such as license fees, visa fees, insurance premiums, or notary fees). Government and third-party fees are subject to change by the relevant authority without notice, and any such changes will be passed on accordingly. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of engagement, and services will generally commence upon receipt of the agreed payment or deposit.
5. Government Processing Timelines
Any timelines communicated by our team are estimates based on standard government processing conditions and are not guaranteed. Actual processing times may be affected by government system availability, additional document requests, public holidays, security checks, or policy changes beyond our control. CABIO is not liable for delays, fines, or losses caused by such third-party processing timelines.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Once an application has been submitted to a government authority, bank, or insurance provider, our service fee is generally non-refundable, as work has been performed and, in many cases, government fees are non-refundable once paid. If you wish to cancel a request before submission, please contact us as soon as possible; any refund of our service fee (excluding third-party fees already incurred) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Confidentiality
We treat the documents and information you share with us as confidential and will only use them for the purpose of delivering the requested service, in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your information to unrelated third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to complete your application with the relevant authority.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, CABIO's total liability arising out of or relating to any service shall not exceed the service fee paid by you for that specific service. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or business opportunity, or for outcomes, fines, or delays caused by government authorities, banks, insurance providers, or other third parties outside our control.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of CABIO Document Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations.
